Meet Jaiman
Director and Principal OT
Hi, I'm Jaiman, a male Occupational Therapist with nearly 10 years of experience supporting children, adolescents, and young adults to thrive in everyday life.

I started Paediatric Pathways for the young people who fall between the cracks of typical services, the ones who don't fit the mould. Kids who'd outgrown clinic-based appointments. Teens who felt like OT "wasn't for them." Young adults navigating the tricky transition into independence and struggling to find the right support.

With a Master of Occupational Therapy from the University of Sydney and a background spanning acute child and adolescent mental health, paediatrics, and the NDIS sector, I bring a depth of experience that goes well beyond a typical OT service. My approach blends OT with CBT, DBT, and ACT to target emotional regulation, executive functioning, school engagement, and the practical life skills that actually matter.

I work from a strengths-based, neurodiversity-affirming, and trauma-informed framework. That means I focus on what each young person is capable of, create spaces where they feel genuinely safe and understood, and design therapy that translates into real life, not just the clinic room. Because I come to you at home, at school, or out in the community, we work on these things in the environments where they count most.

Families aren't an afterthought either. By working closely with parents, educators, and other professionals, I make sure therapy is consistent, collaborative, and built around what matters most to your family.
