Meet Jaiman

 Director and Principal OT

Jaiman is a passionate and highly skilled Occupational Therapist dedicated to supporting children, teens, and young adults in reaching their full potential. He holds a Master of Occupational Therapy from The University of Sydney, complemented by postgraduate studies in Leadership and Management. His diverse experience spans hospital-based acute child and adolescent mental health, paediatrics, and the NDIS sector, equipping him with a strong understanding of development and the unique needs of individuals from childhood through to early adulthood.

A strengths-based and relationship-driven philosophy – Jaiman believes in harnessing each client's unique strengths, fostering self-confidence, and building meaningful relationships to create lasting change. By collaborating closely with families, educators, and other professionals, Jaiman ensures therapy is engaging, and empowering.

A neurodiversity-affirming and trauma-informed framework – Recognising that every client experiences the world differently, Jaiman prioritises creating safe, supportive spaces that respect individual needs and preferences. His approach is informed by contemporary neuroscience and sensory integration principles, ensuring interventions are both evidence-based and compassionate.

Functionality and real-world application – Jaiman is passionate about making therapy meaningful and practical, focusing on real-life skills that enhance his client's independence, emotional regulation, and social confidence.
